PAIN!!?

Feet and knees mostly

but my hands are

also currently

a bit of a train wreck.

Sometimes

when I pick stuff up

they hurt so much I drop things.

Sometimes

I just can’t open

round door handles.

And neck

and back

and hips

and

and

and.

It’s a bit annoying

but I am taking

heaps

of herbal tinctures

and

Palmitoylethanolamide,

tumeric

any anti-inflammatory herbs.

Mostly

I just handle it

because earthsuits wear out I suppose,

I’m kind of hanging out

for God to fix it.

He

showed me more cool stuff today.

Explains a few

aberrant behaviours.

I’m trusting that

when He sorts out my twisted spirit roots,

He might also sort out my twisted body.

I find it quite comforting

to consider

that His every thought

is for my well being

and any

discomfort I am facing

is merely part of His plan

to make me whole.

Comforting.

though not always pleasing.

And frequently painful

But I feel secure
